If you cancel or reschedule less than 22 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you cancel or reschedule 2 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 75% of the service. If you no show the appointment you will be charged 75% of the service. A valid card must be kept on file and will be charged per cancellation policy. If your appointment is not confirmed by 8pm the night before, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service. DEPOSIT: IF you need to reschedule your appointment and you do it within 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will transfer over, This is a ONE-TIME policy. If you reschedule that appointment as well within 24 hours of your appointment, you will need to put another deposit down to secure your next appointment.
